We roast our coffee in Dripping Springs/Austin, the Gateway to the Texas Hill Country. As we started our journey, this is where it began with Gateway.

Varietal: Arabica (Parainema Natural)

Origin: Nicaragua

Altitude: 1,200 - 1,500 meters

Grower: Sabio Coffee

• Delicate acidity and velvety body
• Notes of cola, cream, milk chocolate, and almonds

Roast: Medium

Recommended Brew Methods: Aeropress, Percolator, Drip, Pour Over, French Press. Espresso can be exceptional, but given single variety, dialing-in may be required.
